Ciima is a culture-led creative studio working across music, sport and brands. The name Ciima comes from the Italian phrase “in chima”, meaning “on top”. a reflection of our position at the intersection of strategy, subculture and creativity.
We create social-first visuals, content and campaigns by combining creative strategy with deep knowledge of the scenes we operate in. Our work is informed by real cultural insight, talent relationships and audience behaviour -Not just data dashboards. At Ciima, we read the room before the metrics, creating work designed to stay culturally relevant, not just momentarily visible.
Ciima was founded by Amy Louisee, an Australian creative with Italian heritage and a background in performance and dance. Having worked closely with artists, athletes and brands, Amy brings a deep understanding of movement, storytelling and cultural nuance to every project.
This foundation in performance and lived creative experience shapes Ciima’s approach - bridging talent, strategy and execution to create work that resonates authentically within culture.

AMY LOUISEE
Amy Louisee is the Founder and Creative Director of Ciima, building the studio through a background spanning global music videos, brand campaigns and athlete-led storytelling. Her work spans artists including Ne-Yo, Omah Lay and Rich the Kid, alongside campaigns for Sony , JBL, Sonos and LEGO.

MONIQUE LIN
Monique leads brand collaborations, and talent partnerships across music, sport and culture. She has worked across campaigns and partnerships for brands including Khaby Lame x LEGO, and Ronaldinho x World Cup , specialising in culturally relevant partnerships that connect brands with audiences authentically.
